Red seal chefs, innovators and ambassadors for Canada’s food island, Tyler Gallant and Christine Murnaghan are a power couple in the island food community. Tyler is the co-owner of Gallant’s Shellfish and Seafood and Gallants & Co., along with Christine, who is also a product developer at Canada’s Smartest Kitchen.

Chef Andrew Smith, has always had a passion for cooking. He’s taken that passion to Red Shores where he’s been leading the Culinary team since 2012.  His leadership led the RS team to be the Taste our Island Award recipient for 2019. When Andrew is out of uniform, he can often be found volunteering his time with his son’s sports teams.

Julia Campbell is an Island Boss lady serving up STYLE and CONFIDENCE to fashionistas all over the Island and beyond through her business, Jems Boutique. She’s honest, authentic and confident with a smile that will light up any room she struts into!

An avid golfer and champion for the industry on the Island, Len has an entrepreneurial spirit like no other. When he isn’t busy shooting a wedding, family session or corporate headshots, you can find him working at one of his many businesses, including East Coast Art Parties!

When it comes to learning about the art of culinary, you’d want to have Chef Iloana Daniel as your teacher! A long time instructor at the Culinary Institute of Canada and a big advocate for local and fresh foods across Prince Edward Island, this entrepreneurial food writer knows her way around a kitchen!
