Forage Prince Edward Island is an annual two-day industry symposium that celebrates food culture on PEI. It’s all about sharing stories, real food experiences, education and networking. Ultimately it’s an industry movement that will strengthen the Island’s food culture and brand.
If you believe that together we are stronger, you will find your tribe at Forage. In 2018, an attempt to create the World’s Largest Charcuterie Board was held during the 6-hour interactive feast hosted by Chef Michael Smith. The board was 52 ft 32.5 inches and included over a hundred various ingredients including a variety of cured meats, cheeses, preserves and condiments.
